Unpaid Merchandise: We will hold unpaid merchandise for up to 1 business day. Discounted or clearance merchandise is not eligible to be put on hold.

Paid Merchandise: Products that have been seleced and purchased will be placed in our holding area, and tagged as sold. We will hold purchased products for up to 14 days.

Live Plant Material: Purchased potted plant material may be held for up to 7 days. Larger caliper (basketed) trees may be held up to 14 days. After the hold period, and ongoing care fee will be applied.

Sod/Turf: Due to the perishable nature of fresh cut tuf we do not accept holds on sod at our Garden Centres. Purchases are on a first-come first-serve basis as our sod arrives each day. Account holders may pre-order for pick-up by placing a request before 3:00 PM the previous business day. Advance orders for delivery may be placed at any time, based on availability.

Refunds within 30 days with original receipt only.

No refunds on Sod, Annuals, Perennials, Shrubs*, Trees*, Tropicals, clearance or cut materials, special orders and Developer or Builder Certificates.

Sod & Concrete Pallet Deposits: Pallets to be returned in good, undamaged condition with the original receipt. Pallets will be accepted at any location to receive the deposit refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Cards will not be replaced if altered, lost, stolen, or destoyed. Cards do not expire and remain valid until redeemed.

We warranty Trees and Shrubs for one year*.

1. Follow the plant guide given at purchase.

2. In the case of a claim, send pictures** of the affected plant to [email protected] to begin the (one time only) claim.

3. Pictures must be of the plant in the original area it was planted in.

4. Customers must have an Acorn Loyalty account for the warranty to be active.
