Returns Policy
Refund within 30 days of receipt date if merchandise is unused, unmarked, and in sellable condition. Pallet deposits are refundable at any time with original receipt and given by original payment method.
No returns on: sod, delivered bulk products, sprinkler parts, plant materials, clearance items, gift cards, cut materials and special-order items.
Hold Policy
We do not hold sod. Pre-paid items (except sod) can be held for 3 days for customers to pick-up. 3 day holds on unpaid items are available only to charge account customers.
Trees & Shrubs Warranty Exchange
Warranty applies to regular priced trees & shrubs only. Warranty period is one year from receipt date with one exchange only and no cash back. Exchange for same priced plant or higher. You pay the difference. You must present original receipt. Extended warranty through Myke's program for up to 5 years on trees & shrubs.
